Marketing Mayhem’s new survey design tool can be used to create incredibly powerful employee surveys. These surveys can be used to explore all aspects of employee relations, such as:
- employee satisfaction
- employee loyalty
- recruitment interviews
- exit interviews
- employee attitudes
- etc.

These surveys can be delivered by one of three methods:
- via the web, where they are completed by respondents online
- via a computer-assisted telephone interview (CATI), where an interviewer captures the responses directly into our web-based system
- via a web-enabled mobile hand-held device (or PDA), where a fieldworker captures the live responses directly into our web-based system

| If you have a spreadsheet or database containing data relating to your target employees, then you can leverage this data in your survey. You can upload the database to our server, and then refer to the various data fields when designing the survey. |
There are two main benefits to uploading a database:
- you will be able to automatically ask different questions to different employees according to the data associated with those employees in the database
- you will be able to analyse the responses to questions in order to determine whether or not any relationship exists between the uploaded data and the observed responses to other questions.
